Placed a mobile order, arrived to pickup order, there was a line- no big deal. We waited for over half an hour to find out the machines were down so half our order couldn’t be made. “I can swap them out for drinks but thats all- or you can cancel the order” Cool, we’ll cancel and reorder. 0 star for night crew. What’s the point of having it, I order my food through the app and got there to pickup was told to cancel my order.
