Waited curbside 15 + minutes for an order, finally came in to ask what’s up just to get cold food (which wasn’t even correct). Topped off with fries visibly cooked in dirty oil. Shame this location is right around the corner from me, because I won’t be back.
It takes forever to get any food if you’re lucky enough to get the chance to order! Went in there and we were told they weren’t letting people order right now. I am not sure if that included drive through or mot but the line was not moving at all. Every experience I have had here has been a poor one.
I redeemed something off of the app. For my points. It was a cheeseburger. And when I finally got it. After waiting 10 minutes. It wasn't even a cheeseburger. It was a McChicken, and they added mustard to it. It was just completely not what I ordered. Workers weren't behind the counter or in the back. They were sitting at tables. Talking.
