McD used to be a staple and the standard for FAST food. Not talking "junk food", literally "FAST"! I remember them even having time clocks at the drive through to back them up. I absolutely love McD and still frequent often. Quality control is very accurate and consistent. 4-star only because for recent history, its not as fast as what it used to be.
Fed up with the Morton Avenue McDonald’s night staff I’ve had to re-order the same thing three nights in a row just to get what I actually paid for—a 12-pack of brownie cookies. Every time, I get the regular ones instead. I’ve called each night to get it corrected, and the same woman—an Indian lady who seems to be a manager or supervisor—keeps answering.
