Very rude lady at night shift drive through, not helpful at all and bad attitude. Didn’t catch her name but it was between the times of 2:00-2:30 on a Friday night. Usually have good experiences at this location but this employee truly ruined our night.
Waited 15 minutes for my delivery pick up order!!! Female employee was waiting on everyone else ignoring me another delivery driver comes in 7 minutes later after me!!! Female employee bagged his order before mine!! than I told her I've been here 15 minutes than she bags mine it literally took her 3 minutes to bag up my delivery order this female employee needs to learn how to pick up delivery orders comes up what order needs bagged first not a order that came in after the fact!!!
Worst McDonald’s in all of mount pleasant take the extra few minutes and drive down to the Pickard locations… A side of tarter is $.50 each for one tiny dot lol and when we told them this is a joke they got mad and said the GM came in and told them that’s all they were allowed to do. I’m sure they’ve got bigger problems than sides of tarter he is addressing.
