I went through the drive-through line and ordered a meal deal on the app, a medium drink, medium fry, and 10 piece nugget. They advised I could not use the code because they didn’t have any medium cups. They also couldn’t override the price to match the a 10-piece nugget deal in app. Apparently I spoke with a manager and a general manager. Overall poor customer service and atmosphere!
Came through drive through at 5pm on Sunday 9/21 ordered big mac , fish sandwich, 2 large fries. Why would I want the top part of my fries about 5 hot n fresh and the rest of the order cold n tough. NEVER any napkins unless i ask for them. Would management want their food like this ? NO!!! I DONT KNOW WHY I BOTHER
Austin did an amazing job! He took care of me and remade my meal!!!!! The night crew is AWESOME! I give them all 10 STARS! Austin you rock!
