This place went from our "go to" McDonalds to this worst I've ever seen. Our last three visits have been awful. Food was barely passable, and the staff incredibly uninviting. They hate their jobs, and it shows. It was never this way before the remodel. I guess all the great employees you had prior didn't stick around. Service has slid below the point of acceptability. We're tapping out! Never again!
This place just can’t ever figure out the whole “fast food” feature to a fast food restaurant. No matter what time you come to this location you will wait AT LEAST 15 minutes for your food. Take the extra 5 min and go down the road to the next location.
