Wait time is always ridiculous! The owner Carry needs to do better because the workers he hire does not want to work and it clearly shows.

I visited around 11pm, so the lobby was closed and only the drive-thru was open. I had placed a mobile order in advance and was the only car there when I arrived. Despite that, I waited 35 minutes at the window for my food, long enough for a line to form behind me. During that time, I watched the employee preparing drinks set the cups down, pick up her phone, and proceed to text for several minutes right in front of the window.
