Bathrooms and floor were not cleaned. The toilet has feces and toilet paper up to 2 inches away from the edge of the bowl. The staff would huddle and talk about anything but work. They were rude when meeting being asked questions. It is a shame because they occupy a new building and seeing it trashed was sorrowful.
Service sucks 15 minutes to get steak bagel. It was awesome
