We placed an order in-house for takeout & we waited for 30 minutes for half our order to be either missing or wrong. When we found something missing we went back in asking for it to be corrected, the manager shouted back to the fully staffed kitchen what we needed- then we were met with another 10-15 minute wait. One of the workers asked if we needed something recognizing us from earlier & immediately went and got it for us.
