Fries had to be replaced and the staff acts like your interrupting their day. Drive threw was congested

Service as well as time management certainly could've been substantially better but you get what you pay for apparently...its to be expected,just not really welcomed..
McDonald's delivers fast service during especially busy times. They have a great employee structure to accomplish that.
