I am genuinely disappointed by my experience at this location. I was sitting in the parking lot using the Wi-Fi and, without any employee speaking to me, approaching me, or asking me to leave, police were called. What troubles me is not that the business may have rules about its property. What troubles me is that no effort was made to communicate those rules before escalating the situation. Waited a long time for food. Was told drive thur comes first. Very rude employee and manager. West Andrew Johnson hwy.. I will not return. If I was store mgr. Id fire them both I've been a mgr for 20+ years and wow. Drive thur times is not more important than inside costumer. Should be equal
