I went here to pick up a breakfast order. I used the mobile app. They didn’t have a single item available, except for the drinks. I asked them to cancel the order. (After being stuck in line for 30 minutes……) They stated they did…. They did not. Now I am out 30 dollars for 3 drinks and 30 minutes of my life. Thanks McDonalds!
Friendly service at the drive thru...always fast
At a person who lives here in Mechanicville and gets food from here often this place really is a nice place to eat on a good day. The staff working is usually pretty friendly especially Stephen, Levi, Tom, and Caleb. Sometimes they can be packed and it does effect the workplace and stress. But overall it's not that bad of a place. Just gotta focus more on getting orders right and staying on top of things. Also fix the machines lol. I would like a frappe soon.
