On Monday at 5:09 p.m. drove in 1st lane of drive through. Began saying hello to intercom. Guy came on a said I will be right with you. At that time no one in outside lane. Soon a black truck drove up in the outside lane. The Guy waited on him first. We began saying hello again in the intercom. No response. Then a maroon SUV drove up in the outside lane. There is not one time that I have came through drive through and they have me wait at a number over 15 minutes. There could be no line, and they still have me wait. Like I said it’s always more than 10 minutes waiting for my food
