Terrible customer service. Frappe machine is down and there I was waiting for 10 minutes when I was told it would only take a couple. Mybe have your machine and or equipment ready before customers walk in through your door.
I've noticed this location, and for that matter, a lot of businesses have entrances and exits set up as "one way" due to busyness and heavy traffic. Overall, it is easy and safer to navigate this way.
Ordered in the mobile app, steak egg and cheese bagel and an egg and cheese bagel. Given my order checked my order it's wrong was given a bacon bagel. I go into the store ask for the correct order and leave check it and I now have two bacon egg and cheese bagels???
