The only sandwiches that aren't dry and somewhat tasteless are the doubles and Big Macs. Those are somewhat overpriced considering you could have a really tasty Reuben from Curbin' Cuisine or a sandwich from Jimmy John's for just a few dollars more. The shakes and some of the other ice cream treats are wonderful. Sometimes I'll stop by for a shake or something with Oreo pieces mixed in.
Waited in the drive through for a lunch for our 6 year olds birthday, after 10 minutes of no service backed out and went inside. Had to order on the computers because the staff wouldn't even acknowledge people at the counter. Gave out partial orders, every single person in there had to ask for their drink cups. Looking forward to when McDonald's figures out how to completely eliminate their staff and go full automation
Ordered eat in and was served in a damn bag despite there being trays right there. Lobby looked like no one had touched it since breakfast, drink station coated and stained to the point I didn't want to consume the soda from the machine. Workers couldn't be bothered to check on people or pay attention when someone had an issue. We werent the only one having issues.....their oil is either dirty as hell or hasn't been changed in weeks. Nuggets look like they belong on the sea floor.
Ordered & paid for a simple order of: 1 single fish filet sandwich & 1 double fish filet sandwich to go, but received 2 single fish filet sandwiches. Poor service & obviously assumed I had ordered 2 singles without rechecking the actual order. (Took me for $1.49).
