Ordered the new strawberry watermelon refresher. Was told to pull around and wait for my drink. I sat for 15 minutes before I went inside. I asked for a return since I didn't get the drink. I was told no, they are making it now, and I'm guessing a manager, just walked away from me. Whoever I talked to said sorry that they are confused about making the drink because it's new. Never coming back to this McDonald's.
I get the same breakfast everyday at McDonalds normally 7.25$ this one charges 10$ for the same food, id recommend going 3 miles down the road to the next location
The food was very fresh and warm and Speedy
Almost every single time I come here it takes them forever to make the food and it’s almost always wrong or undercooked. Today the burger was undercooked and this happens a lot. Whole staff needs to be retrained. I’m tired of wasting my money on the slowest and most inconsistent restaurant in Ankeny
