Mile Hill location: I was completing an Uber Eats order pickup today and arrived at 10:40 am for an order I received at 10:30. Plenty of time to have it ready, right? Waited 18 minutes when the 11:00 staff came on and I was told since it was 3 minutes before the breakfast menu expired they wouldn't make the food. Not couldn't - wouldn't. So I had to cancel the order and take the hit on my cancellation rate, which affects my pay scale and can affect my own customer rating.
