Always horrendously slow. It’s a McDonalds, it shouldn’t take 20 minutes to get your food.. but it always does. Annoying teenagers here around the clock, too. Edit: lowering to one star. Tried again, waited 20 minutes again for soggy uncooked fries that were half full if that. Gross. And they always seem bothered and overly rushed to serve you.
I’m a truck driver I stop here a lot, breakfast is always fresh and hot, the hash browns are crispy and made right never to greasy or undercooked in my experience. The lunch menu I want to give them a 4 rating but every time I order my meal the burgers are hot and fresh but the French fries are stale and gross like they been sitting under a heat lamp since yesterday. I don't know how one rates a McDonald's except by comparing them to other McDonald's. This one's the fastest and had a fun and clean play place for kids.
I have been going here regularly for about 5 years and usually it's good, but this morning, they put a burger patty that seemed old and tough and grilled onions on my MCGRIDDLE. It was inedible. I called and even though I ordered through the app and my order hadn't even shown as picked up for some reason, they said I would need to go back in person to get a refund. I submitted feedback through the website already, hopefully I hear back.
