Ordered a kid meal for my toddler and when we got home there was no toy in there. Caused a lot of tears and major disappointment from her. The toy is the part that makes the meal happy.... I would understand if you were out and had notified us of that but there was no notification. Likely an employee forgot to put it in. Just saying please quality check for completed orders.
Trey, was super awesome. Kind service. Didn’t hesitate to help. Great at his job. Fast and effective. Deserves a raise
10/12/26 Went today and everything was perfect. Filet o fish=fresh, French fries=hot and fresh, iced tea=not watered down, cleanliness=two people cleaning bathrooms and lobby, customer service= very friendly. They mess up our order EVERY SINGLE TIME. Our options are limited in Monument though.
