The way that the shift manager ( older blonde female) speaks to the workers is absolutely horrible. She blames them for not being able to keep up during rushes, and berates them in front of customers. Not very willing to actually train them, just loudly insults them when they don't meet her expectations. My husband and I left upon seeing that. The food is standard, but it's not worth it seeing careless leadership. Anyone can yell, but it takes patience and grace to lead. The workers deserve better.

I had repeated my order 3 times at the ordering screen. Apparently that wasn’t enough to get my order correct. I was told at the window I would have to get back in line and wait another 15 minutes. Given all the bad google reviews I am not surprised lol. If I could give 1 star I would
If you want horrible service, then this is the place for you. I always pride myself on saying thank you for anything that I am given. I just went through the drive thru and the employee didn't add my rewards, didn't thank me for my purchase, didnt address the issue that I had yesterday. HE JUST DIDN'T. Then I expected different at the pick up window. The girls who gave me my order were just as bad. If you don't like people and don't want to service the public, find other employment.
