I have never, in all my years, experienced a McDonald’s location that made me feel this unwelcomed. If you are a Black individual or someone from any cultural background, I would strongly reconsider visiting this location. The older employees display a noticeable lack of manners, hospitality, and basic human respect. The difference in treatment between customers of color and those who look like them is deeply concerning and very apparent. What makes this even more disappointing is the history behind this town.
