In general, I’m used to trusting when I buy something to take away, but unfortunately, this time the apple pies I paid for were missing from my order. That’s really disappointing and not very nice of the establishment. I hope more attention will be paid to orders in the future.
I am really disappointed on how terrible service this store offers😡. I ordered a spicy chicken burger combo, and they forgot to give me the burger. Poutine inside the combo doesn’t look fresh at all(like cooked many hours ago). I don’t need their refund because I do not trust this store anymore! They keep missing items many times. The biggest problem is not all about food itself. The major problem is the attitude of staffs who made food!
