Ordered on the mobile app for pickup in store. Order took awhile (just a few people working so made sense). A worker called my order number I was checking in the bag (it's McDonald's often orders not correct). Right away I noticed it was missing it a 6 piece chicken nuggets. I let her know it was missing it. She argued with me then checked in the bag. Snatched the bag and said to her co worker, "I swear some people take things out so we have to make them more". Absolute worst run McDonald’s I have ever been at. Owner completely ignores multiple complaints about this location, Should have his franchise revoked.
Friendly and professional service. My son hadn’t been feeling well energy-wise, but he wasn’t sick, so I took him here today to cheer him up and energize him, and got him his favourites, large beef patties and chicken nuggets, but he wasn’t eating. He puked, and I apologized to the staff, requesting for cleaning supplies so that I may clean it up, but they politely declined, and the staff proceeded to do a great job cleaning it up.
