Ordered a large vanilla swirl coca cola and from the kiosk and waited over ten minutes on it to be brought to my table
Got my order wrong and overcharged me. I ordered 4 hamburger patties a la carte and a mcdoubke w only pickle and ketchup. Got a mcdouble with only Ketchup and 4 hamburgers on buns... was charged for the sandwich...
Probably the kindest customer service I've received from a McDonald's in a very long time. The woman at the first window was very kind. The dude at the 2nd window was also very kind and very helpful. I was confused about the two pickup windows and he was very kind as he explained them to me.
