Great customer service! Leo went out of his way to upsize my drink when I asked for a refill and consistently checked on me throughout my dine-in experience, making sure I had everything I needed. He was very attentive and provided excellent service!
Manager named Brandon brought great customer service he is what we need at every McDonald’s
Miserable experience. Don’t turn on DoorDash if you can’t fulfill. After a long travel day delayed five hours I got in late to my nearby hotel and my driver went through the drive-thru four times, never to have an order ready. Waited an hour and was forced to cancel, now going to bed hungry and highly irritated with an apparently incompetent staff. 9/14 late night order and seeing these low ratings you can tell it’s not just me. Go to any location around but this one, ZERO consideration for its customers.
