The service at McDonald's sucks! Not just this one, but all of them. It's really time to get rid of the curbside order option online...nobody ever comes out to bring your food and you have to end up going in after 20 minutes. Their customer priority is: 1. Skip & Doordash 2. Drive thru 3. Dine in customers 4. Curbside The business model is broken especially for the in store client
The night staff on the 4th of sept didn’t start making the door dash order until I got to the speaker. It was on their screen for over 10 minutes while they were sitting around chatting between each other in the dining room
