Cold food, rude employees, young employees who (it seems) are not taught or trained on customer service, inside the store they'll ignore you, drive thru takes forever and my order is usually wrong more times than not. Can't believe this store is still in business.
So i come to this mcdonalds every morning and the things i here are just to much. To day for whatever the issue is there closeing the lobbey an hour and half before lobby closes normally. Just Crazy
Got a curbside order, they marked it as delivered and when we went back in the kid gave us attitude saying he hadn't finished it yet.
It sucks because I would eat here more if it wasnt ALWAYS such a mission to get your food. Go through the drive thru. ALWAYS have to pull up and wait. Go inside, forget about it! They just ignore you basically. While I sit here waiting to order and the manager just walks back and forth, ignoring us. Can't even find a clean place to sit. It's great they higher teens, but it shouldn't be only children working here.
