The app took my money for a curbside pickup order. The staff didn't have my order anywhere in their system. They wouldn't make my order despite having email proof that I paid for it. The only manager who knew how to fix it was in the bathroom for 20 minutes. This is ridiculous and I had to ask for a refund.
