My grandma forgot to ask for extra Carmel on the frappes because she has some issues with her memories, she asked at the back window and front window before they even had our frappes made, and whenever they were handed to us the lady said "please remember to ask for extra Carmel at the window next time" extremely rudely
Messed up damn near everything we ordered.
