Id give this place ZERO stars if I could. Ive never been thru their drive thru and not been told to pull up and wait. Ever. Waited today for my order in a drive thru spot. Had to call the store after 15 minutes and nobody seemed to know i was there. I had to actually go in for a refund. The team had forgotten I was waiting in a spot. Apparently, reading a screen, bagging food and looking out a window at a waiting car is too much for the staff.Tara the manager offered nothing but an empty apology. Even though it was very busy and they were clearly understaffed, the employees were all super sweet and friendly.
Not impressed at all. When I went through the drive through I couldn’t understand the person taking my order. I asked for the grinch salt and she never put it on my order so when I got to the second window and asked if they had my salt in the bag they told me that I need to pay for it to get it.
Slow, and not very well managed, 30 minutes to get 2 big macs and a quarter pounder! Won't be back!
Ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches, 1 was great the 2nd was burnt so bad I through the top away. Very bad they could see it was burnt, but gave it away. Very poor service.
