Service was extremely slow, more than 30 minutes to get the Big Arch. I was inspired after seeing the Mcdonalds CEO took a giant bite to see what the big deal is, but the wait was too long even though there were only a couple tables and not a rush hour.
The service is excellent! I got breakfast and was lucky to have the cashier that goes out of his way to really make your order right. When he is there I rarely have a problem with my order and he doesn't hesitate to help you correct it, even if you are using the App! He needs to be made a Trainor or Asst. Manager and make the orders match your Corp. saying!
I was bummed when we re-modeled this McDonalds, not only they took down the Play Palace but they demolished the whole building and re-constructed it to the modern version. It hasn’t been the same ever since and it feels like a totally different McDs both interior and exterior, I blame the health inspectors for taking down the Play Palace.
