After eating i went to use the restroom stall amd there was grafitti on the door and the walls there was racial slurs and the locking tab was broken but still locked than when I went to use the sink to wash my hands there was no water, I asked a employee to ask for a store manager and the store manager said she was busy.
The charm is totally gone! This new setup completely ruined what made this place special. It’s awkward, frustrating, and honestly unsafe just trying to maneuver and eat here. The outdoor seating is basically just for show because the doors are always locked—and if you do happen to find one open, beware: the only accessible door automatically locks behind you and traps you in. Got an upset gut within an hour of eating!, there were several employees in the cashier window for some reason, didn't help with service or understanding what she said.
Slow. Forgot to make our drinks. Ignored me when I asked so had to actually stop someone from ordering to get it their attention.
Pésimo servicio. No los tienen bien capacitados para atender en drive tru además son muy groseros el personal que tienen y sus encargados por igual.
