Playing super loud music in the back. Even on top of the music that is played in the dining area. My bf and I have been standing at the front waiting for someone to acknowledge us. They forgot our drinks. They made our order to go even though we ordered it to dine in. I saw them drop a kids meal on the ground and pick it back up like it never happened. The employees are just gross and dirty looking in general. We just left because ain't no way I'll ever eat here. I lost my appetite.
Ordered curbside pickup at 12:53pm today. At 1:25pm still no food. Went inside and had to ask someone to make my order. My ticket was still on the ticket machine. Got my food at 1:36pm. FAST food my ass. Called the store and told they were short staffed. I counted no less than 10 people working. DO BETTER Quinton.
Extremely poorly staffed always slow service. Orders often wrong or not ready.
Seriously one of the dirtiest McD’s I’ve ever been in. No tables or chairs were clean. The bathrooms are gross and have loads of flies in them.
