The Lewis family franchise really needs to revamp. Their customer service is horrible. The whole point of the app was us faster service but when you still have to wait 30 minutes and then still told you had to wait longer because they were short-handed does not make sense to me
It's McDonald's. You know what you're getting but this one specifically is so slow. A breakfast sandwich and a black coffee took me 10 minutes to get. Ordered on the app, showed up and was asked to pull to the side. Seems like it's every time now. Nothing fast about it.
Riddle me this… why, oh WHY can you not pick up three mobile orders at once? I have gone to McDonald’s multiple times and placed multiple drive-thru orders at once, with no problems. But when I try to make it easier on them and just do mobile orders, during a busy lunch rush, I am told I can only pick them up one at a time? And that I will have to go and get back into the line?
