Missed the Mark. I stopped into this McDonald's location recently to order McCafe Coffees and a breakfast item. The person in the restaurant who took my order actually repeated my order back to me when they took it. I took my coffees and my food and left. When I got back to my hotel, both of my coffees were black without the espresso shots or cream that I ordered with them. The food was standard McDonald's quality, and no issues there.
