Terrible customer service
Arrived at 1030 2/23 place was empty I thought yay good food. Nope fries were cold and over salted burger had so much ketchup and mustard it was smeared all over the wrapping and burger I couldn’t even hold it. I did ask for extra but it’s like come on! Also I can’t drink soda so went for tea and they were out at the station. It was close to close but asked for tea from drive thru and was told they didn’t it have any there either. Repetitively the worst service and wait times I’ve ever experienced in fast food. I always figured it was just because it was busy, but this morning I was the ONLY person there, in line at the drive through or the restaurant, and I still sat and waited for 15 minutes. The only reason I waited was I had already paid for it, otherwise I would have driven away
