Avoid at all costs, especially if you see a line of cars in the drive thru. This location constantly makes mistakes, asks you what you ordered after a 10-15 minute wait, and the place is staffed by people who are either exhausted or done. I tried to give this place a break but after 5-8 times of experiencing the same result, it’s an issue.
I came here and the “GM” is very rude and nasty my 1st encounter with him I ordered a cola only, apparently he made too many drinks at once and did not know if it was a cola or Dr. Pepper this man had the nerve to take the lid off put his face in my drink and tell me this it.. I told him you can make another one because I am not drinking that after you put your whole face in my drink.. He tells me very rudely pull around to one I said absolutely not I only ordered only a drink… (Tall skinny w male always have on gray..)
This has to be the WORST McDonald’s in Cincinnati. I live locally and anybody who does knows we don’t have many options. My children unfortunately love McDonald’s food so we make frequent visits. Not to mention I work locally as well. I’ve seen everything go wrong from my orders being entirely wrong to them handing me clear sweet tea and trying to tell me it’s normal. Today... no bacon on my quarter pounder. This was a mobile app order so it was super clear on their sceen. Nothing particularly stands out here. It’s your typical McDonald’s. For a place like this to really excel, the customer service needs to go above and beyond. The food is usually good and you don’t have to wait long, which is a plus. But the staff tends to come across as indifferent, like they’re just going through the motions rather than actually welcoming customers.
