If I could give 0 stars I would came here tonight at 10:25pm there was already 3 cars in front of me eveeyone got their bags and when I pulled up to place my order they said they was closed now mine you they don't close til 11 pm this has been an ongoing issue at this location
Everything including customer service. I went at around 10:10 this evening to get a quick meal after hanging out with friends. I was going to give my business to the Mariemont McDonald's on Wooster Pike, but I ended up regretting it. I went to the speaker to say my order, and the very kind employee. Let me know that they're short-staffed and aren't taking orders except for doing the mobile app order.
