Service is terrible. Manager on 11:30 pm 11 - 23 -2024 was extremely rude and had terrible customer service issues. I called 5 times. FIVE. V times before they answered and when they did they acted like I should have to drive 2 hours to their restaurant to get my money back because their app messed up. Enjoy the 1 star
Multiple missing items and rude white lady at the window. Half the order not even given. I want an entire refund
Placed a door dash on September 24th right before midnight got s deluxe crispy and fried and a 6 pc nugget my sandwich was hard you can tell it was sitting for so long not fresh at all!!! I live around the corner was trying to eat before work might need to come in for a remake if possible since ordered on doordash.
