Why let me order a soft drink but then not be able to let me get it or refund it.
Typical McDonald's. Edible but nothing special. Bun on chicken sandwich was hard.
I ordered on the app and they still can not get order right! I guess reading and following directions is not necessary.
Waited a hour for a mobile order. Asked about it 3 times at counter. Asked for a refund when I hit the hour mark and the employee ignored me and walked to the back. Never received my food or a refund after a hour wait. ( I contacted corporate and the my also refused a refund saying this location had to refund me, which they refused to do the day I had this issue)
