Ordered online for drivethru pickup, got parked to wait on the SINGULAR apple pie I ordered. Waited over 10 minutes on one apple pie meanwhile 4-5 cars are getting served their food. My food has sat on the counter the entire time wiring for the pie, so now my food is cold and I'm still waiting for pie. Fast and friendly
Very Disappointed – Order Lost and No Help We placed a mobile order through the McDonald’s app and got a notification saying it was ready for pickup at the counter or drive-thru. When my partner went in with the provided code, the worker said we “clicked the wrong store.” We double-checked and confirmed it was for 312 W Madison, Iola.
