The food wasn't bad, except my crispy chicken sandwich was tough and dry (no mayo or lettuce on it). So, 5 out of 6 sandwiches were good enough. However, it took a long time to get the food... and we were the only ones in there. There weren't any tables clean, so I had to clean a couple for our family.
Small town McDonald's, this place needs to put more focus on cleanliness.
Horrific experience. First, I was told when I ordered they had 1 blueberry pie and 1 apple pie so I ordered them both along with other items. It took 18 minutes to get up to the window. Once I got there, the kid took my card and charged out my order. He then said it would take 8 minutes to make the pies. I said that it would have been nice to have know that prior to charging me because I would have forgone the pies. Absolutely Ridiculous..!! It's not even McDonald's really it's the people that work at Iola Kansas McDonald's and they're lazy . Good is slop. I know fast food gets busy but it's not rocket science. Couldn't handle four cheese burgers ?
