Stopped by the McDonald’s on 28th & Broadway in Louisville and had one of the most unnecessarily disrespectful customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. I simply asked for a courtesy cup of water—something that’s pretty standard—and the employee’s response was “PLEASE & THANK YOU” in a tone you’d use with a misbehaving child.
