Yall need to get people who actually want to work I order my food on the app 5 min before I pulled up since it takes them 10 minutes to even get food out then I stood there for another abt 12-13 minutes because they just wanna sit back there and talk abt who’s getting off first and bullshitting on they phone not even busy no cars in the drive thru had maybe 2-3 orders on the screen inside my
My food was cold, burgers were dry out, bread was burnt. It's like the employees don't want to work, because they certainly don't take pride in there job and most of all don't seem to want to uphold McDonald's Food standards and policies. Management must do something!!!!
Went here on two occasions and the person taking the orders at the drive thru was so incredibly rude. The first time I ordered from there it seemed as if I was annoying them by continuing my order. The second time I gave them the first item I was ordering and they closed out my order without letting me continue. When I told them I wasn’t done I wasn’t given a ridiculous attitude and was told I can finish my order at the window. The most unfriendly as McDonald's I have ever been to. If you say you're missing something they have an attitude. They throw your food at you. They do not use common sense when it comes to. If I ordered three or four drinks can I have a drink tray or offer it to me? They do not have any patience. They are very hot tempered. They expect you to rush and order and get mad if you take too long.
The worse location I can fathom. It’s always issues rather it’s the food or the customer service. I see why in the lobby last week there was a meeting with management and it looks like the managers were getting chewed out. Caring for the consumer is something you don’t get enough of at this location. Truly a hit or a miss most of the time. *****ZERO STARS*****
