The food is what you’d expect anywhere, but the service is absolutely abhorrent. The employees often forget items and won’t offer refunds or replacements for missing food, they take forever just to answer the drive thru, and tonight I sat in line and waited 25 minutes for them to shut off the lights and close while we were waiting at the ordering screen. After looking at other similarly unhappy reviews, I won’t be going here again.
I almost gave this store a 3 star with a miscommunication on the mobile app, but the manager jumped in immediately and did everything with a smile. Thank you!!!
