Staff were having a personel meeting in the dining area. Feels like everything is so kiosk style today it is difficult to get regular service. App made me update and I no longer have points and could not add to my cart so I had to go in.
After going to the drive-thru, never mind the 17-minute wait, and then being asked to pull forward to the third window, the fries were upside down in the bagú. When I got home, my daughter's chicken nugget Happy meal only had three chicken nuggets instead of four. We had no sauce for the nuggets as requested and no ketchup as requested but they did say it was in the bag when I asked. You get all this marvelous service for the majestic price of $30.
I ordered cheese burger NO ketchup, NO mustard, NO pickle. After a VERY long wait in the drive through line, I got a cheeseburger WITH KETCHUP, WITH MUSTARD, WITH PICKLES. So frustrating to put in a special order drive away only to discover the order is wrong. I once asked for snack wraps with no sauce and got chipotle ranch. 🤯 Please teach your workers to read the whole order slip.
All the things you see in advertisements like Shamrock Shakes or the Grinch Meal? Yeah, they're out of that. Every single time.
