I don't know why the folks working here are so spiteful, but damn. I just watched an elderly lady ask for napkins on a takeout order. The employee refused to believe the customer. The customer then emptied her bag in front of her employee to show the employee her carryout order had napkins. Are napkins that serious of a coveted item? Corporate certainly must have an established rule for how many napkins per item ordered.
