I’m giving them 2 stars because when you actually get the food you ordered, it’s always pretty good. But I truly don’t know what has happened to this place recently. The wait time is horrible, every single time, whether they’re busy or not. Our orders are almost always wrong. The place just about had a nuclear meltdown when they messed up our payment and we had to have it corrected. If it hadn’t been a $21 mistake, I might have just let it go. It's McD's that's all I say about the food. But the service was great and the drive thru people were very friendly. Over all better than the average McD's.
Drive thru girl was super rude told me if I didn't pull forward to help there ticket time she was going to refund my money...worst customer service I have ever experienced...the order# is 1470 and nowhere does it say im obligated to help there ticket times..worst fast food experience I've ever had...speaks alot of the mentality of the ppl they have working for them.
