Here at 9:28pm on a Monday night and the lobby is closed. No sign up. Hours posted state the lobby should be open 11pm.....
Arrived in drive thru at 10:30 pm and no one acknowledges me for 10 minutes, I pull up at the drive thru window and still nothing. I can literally see people walk by and look at me. I am super pissed!!! There are people behind me in drive thru as well, nobody is speaking thru the speaker or at the window. Hey mcdonald's, I wonder how often 🤔 your sales stop at 10pm or 10:30pm ? I wonder how much business Mcdonald's is missing out on?
