Excellent customer service
I get here at 10 pm and the lobby was closed. I was told that I could use the drive thru window to place a order. I am a truck driver. I can't get a semi in the drive thru. I was told that I could wait up to be served. Do you know how embarrassing that is? Plus, I would have to deal with the cars that is trying to get their food. The other McDonald's stay open until 12 am and you can get food from the lobby until they closed for the night. This McDonald's is a joke.
