I don’t usually give reviews but after today’s experience I felt I needed to provide the feedback. My kids were hungry so I thought I would go through drive thru quickly to get them something to eat. Why did it take almost 25 minutes to get food?! It took almost 8 minutes to even order food. It wasn’t that the line was long, they just weren’t taking orders in the line I was in. Ordered my child a happy meal. When I got to the window I was told they have no fries and to go park in a numbered parking spot. I said no its okay ill wait, its just a happy meal. The lady then said I was being rude towards other customers waiting and continued to say if I didnt move she would be forced to refund me, I asked for a manager and was refused one, then was told I had to move now so they could serve the people who where behind me. Very disorganized, don't go after 8, students don't have a clue, rather be socializing. Kiosk constantly running out of paper, when ordering only coffee ☕️ instead of bringing it out to the counter to hand to the customer they leave it on a Shelf, where can sit up to 5 minutes before you get it. Tim Horton's is really up on their kiosk, doesn't need paper and they have 1/2 cream.
just wanted to say that i hate the interior since the renovations. the old seating was way better and i loved coming here after my kids swimming lessons with my parents. now, there is barely any seating and it’s always freezing cold. the old layout was warm and inviting. i loved it
25min and counting for the drive thru... Should've just gone to Kelsey's Update: 35min and still counting Final Update: 43 minutes and the food had been sitting in the drive thru window for 20. Cold and soggy food. Fought back on remaking it. I'll never go back to this McDonald's again, not that I ever go to any of their restaurants, it usually ends in disappointment and stale or soggy food.
