Just left there. Waited in line for 20 minutes and we didn’t move at all. They need to fire an rehire better staff. How hard is it to take orders and cook food. It was taking them 20 minutes per car. Definitely not going back here till I hear it’s restaffed.
They gave me the wrong order and of course I didn't check it until I was home and too far to drive back!! Nobody cares about customer service anymore!!
EVERY SINGLE TIME I go to this McDonalds, they ALWAYS forget some part of my order. I go most mornings to get something to eat for my daughter and I before I take her to school and it’s been 3 times in a row now that they have left off what I ordered and PAID for for her to eat. I don’t have time to go back through the drive thru because it’s supposed to be FAST food. But I’ll be going to the other McDonalds in Lincolnton from now on because the one in Boger city shouldn’t even be open if this is the service we’re provided.
The food was so cold like they made it at lunch time and I ordered at 7:00pm! Fries were SOGGY! Like they only put them in the fryer for literally a minute.. they should be ashamed knowing they wouldn’t want to eat cold food .. I wouldn’t even give them a 1 star tbh
