Staff needs training on how to place FOOD in a bag. No reason fries should be in the bottom of my bag. Ridiculous. Also. If a 10 piece get 2 sauces. Why does a 20 only get 3. The math isnt mathing... I worked at McDonald's for 5 years... back in the early 2000s.. customer service is no longer a priority neither is the quality of service.
One of the better McDonalds. Their service is better than half of the other McDonalds I've been to. I've been going here for a couple years and they only messed up my order once or twice but fixed it right away. Sometimes during busier hours, the wait can be 10-15 min. But usually it's around 5 min or less through the drive through.
