Service impacted the quality of food and perception of management abilities. Will not return.
Waited 30 minutes for just an iced coffee. Went through drive thru, they had me wait in the curbside pickup along with two other cars. All of us eventually had to go into the store to pick it up ourselves. When I submitted this feedback to corporate, I’m assuming the manager kept telling them they had contacted me, since the support email would say “sorry you were disappointed by the local response you received”, when I hadn’t heard from anyone. Stopped here around 6 o’clock to use my mobile app I had already punched in everything. They told me they didn’t have the number so I’ll pull up to the window and the girl tell me I have to wait 14 minutes because I put it in down the street and they don’t have nothing to do with the mobile app to be able to use it. Needless to say I won’t be patronizing this business anymore McDonald’s McDonald’s
