Literally watch two employees talk about the food spilled where the food waits to be taken, and saw one employee grabbed the food with her bare hands, wrapped it and the nuggets back in the box and then given to a customer. I informed them that was nasty. Was there due to they forgot to give me my snack wrap. A manager over heard what I said and talked to the employee. The fries and drink were great. What killed it was the burger. I asked for a Bacon Quarter Pounder with no pickles. What I got was a Quarter Pounder with no bacon and a pickle. I took it back and they took the receipt and burger. I watched the sandwich maker start and stop making my burger several times. I understand you're busy, but seriously. On my way out a table of three said they had been waiting on their order as well. It'll be a while before I go back.
