Didn’t get their name but they were working the drive thru yesterday on feb 13th around 10:30-11am . We order 2 large Carmel coffee with our food . The boy at the window pass us out only 1 when we reminded him we got 2 he’s response “ unfortunately I can’t rang it up here you have to go back around in the drive thru.” You don’t make your customer do extra for your mistake . you could have taken the card and ran back to the first window and rang us up another coffee …… so it was obvious he was trying to be difficult . Don't bother using their app with this store. When they screw up, the process to get a refund is impossible! They'd rather blame their delivery service when the restaurant clearly put "2 of 2 bags" and left out the 3rd altogether, an entire happy meal!! For context 1 bag was just the drinks and condiments, the 2nd bag contained the nuggets, 2 hamburger meal, quarter pounder and fries.
