Went to dinner with the family and got cold fries and raw quarter pounders. Sent the fries and the 2 quarter pounders back got one done and the other one raw again. Asked for a reimbursement of my quarter pounder got my money back for the sandwich. But the snickering and the rudeness of the staff. I will not be a customer at this store again after this experience.
The food is sometimes too cold for how much they charge. I want fresh, hot food.
Usually mess up my order here. Like other local locations better. Always clean. Friendly staff.
