It's quite possible that this is the slowest, most unprepared McDonalds location I've ever been to. Ordering food every visit has been an 8-15 minute wait. I order one to 2 items like a sandwhich and a side and have been told to wait in the drive-through spots every time. What brings me here now after several visits is that I had to wait so long that i needed to give up and leave because i become late for work. I paid and left with nothing. My fault as I should have expected an extremely long wait time for FAST food.
stopped by the drive-thru and simply asked for a cup of water. The employee told me they couldn’t give it to me because they’re “on a timer” at the window. I’m sorry, but refusing someone water, especially when it takes just seconds to hand over, and it was already poured into a cup is unacceptable. There were only 2 cars behind me as well. I understand fast service is important, but basic human decency shouldn’t be sacrificed for a stopwatch. Really disappointing experience.
