They pulled me up for 2 small caramel frappes never came out with them waited 20 min I had to go in 0/10 they didn't apologize either!!!
No longer pleased with this McDonalds or just about any McD for that matter. No one at the counter if you want to order that way vs the kiosk with the finger print smeared screen and both hand sanitizer dispensers empty. I stood there a long time and a couple of people peeked out at me from the food prep area but made no contact. So, I caved in and used the kiosk, got my order, ate and left. I get the distinct impression that McD's just as soon have everyone go thru the drive thru and stay out of the building and not bother ... read more
I went through drive thru to get $5 meal deal, I asked for large cokes but was given small cokes when I got to window, I told the guy that handed them to me, and he was rude about it and asked me which drive through I went through, I told him, he gave me the large cokes with an attitude
