Every time I place an online order ahead of time and do curbside pick up, I always end up going inside to get my food. It’s always sitting there on the counter after I’ve waited 10-15min outside for my food. I place it ahead of time before my lunch break so that I have the allotted time for my lunch. It cuts into my lunch break big time and is such an inconvenience! My food is always cold by the time I go inside. Don’t offer this service if you cannot handle it!
